DIY Balloon Garland
This is a great way to immediately elevate your party and, in my opinion, is the best time bang-for-your buck time AND money wise. Invest in an electric balloon pump (check FB marketplace first and if not, Amazon). Buy regular balloons from the dollar tree and get to pumping (there are a ton of tutorials online!). My neighbors and I make a night out of it and order food, margs and put on a movie. This makes it something we look forward to instead of dread and, most importantly, makes it go super quick. One person inflates, one person ties them together, and one person strings them together and boom!
